Florence Cathedral - Breathtaking

The Magnificence of Florentine architecture amazes me.  The ornate details are truly breathtaking, and standing in awe of this place you notice that every person in the area is just as mesmerized as you feel.  This kindred spirit lends itself to humanity and for that moment one thinks of all the things that we have in common with our fellow inhabitants of this place called Earth. 

There is nothing separating us at that precise moment, only one huge bubble of appreciation of the blessed life that we have been given. 

It made me wax sentimental, dreaming of a day when it didn't take a glorious architectural structure to bring us to a place where we had something in common.....

How I wish that every moment of every day we all could see that there are more things that bring us together than keep us apart.  That in each of us there is Love and if we nurtured it and cared for it that we all could live on this planet in peace and harmony.

This is my dream, a world without strife, a world filled only with Love....
